Masculine Card

Image
Good Afternoon! Here's a masculine card I made a while ago.  Once I saw the Fabscraps papers it didn't take me long tofigure out what to do! The stamp is Stampers Anonymous and the die cut is from Cheery Lynn done in copper mirror card.  Everyone loves the edges of the card and I achieved that with a Versamark pad and clear embossing powder! Scrapbook Layout Challenge

There was a layout challenge on facebook and I chose to submit this one of my mother and 'Skip' that was taken on their boat years ago.  I got the layout bang on but added the flags and chipboard.  Papers used were Fabscrap! Thanks for looking and happy scrapping!! Sheree The Rubber Room

Distress Background

Good Afternoon! This is one of my background techniques that I taught in a class in 2014.  This shows the colour combinations that can be achieved when blending different inks together.  Be careful not to overdo it! Mat the card abd accent with a black pen.  I love using the Opti-flow pens from Staples and they are acid free too! Thanks for looking! Sheree The Rubber Room

Fall leaves and Sprays

I just love this Sizzix die/embossing folder combo!  I like the outcome using Dylusions sprays, Distress inks, The Crafter's Workshop stencils and clear embossing powder to take it up a notch. Thanks for looking! Sheree The Rubber Room

Christmas Poinsettia

Good Afternoon! This is one of my favourite cards using one of my favourite dies!  Tattered Pointsettia by Sizzix can be used in so many different ways.   What you can't see is the shimmer spray I put onto the petals.  Make your own using Perfect Pearls powder mxed with water.  It's beautiful in real life.  I just wish I could get more of the background die!
